How to Participate
- To participate, enter through Bushi Navi Global.
- Pre-entry is via Bushi Navi (first-come, first-served).
- Open for Malaysian players only.
- Entry starts according to each event date and venue announcement.

- Please bring your ID to the venue.
- Please always bring your own writing materials such as a ballpoint pen.
- Players must complete the Deck Registration Form and submit the deck list during registration.
Rules & Regulations
Eligibility
All players with citizenship/permanent resident visa, or student/working visa in Malaysia may participate in their regional qualifier.
(ID check might be requested)
Language
Only Japanese edition cards may be used.
Format
- Individual / Neo Standard format
- 35 min/round
- Best of 1, Swiss (Number of rounds will be dependent on the number of participants and schedule)
- Cut to Top 8 (depending on the number of participants and schedule), Single Elimination.
Deck & Cards
- All Japanese version cards officially released in Japan and distributed before or on the tournament day can be used.
- It is mandatory to register the deck (submit the deck list) upon tournament registration. Discrepancies between the deck list and the actual deck used in the tournament may result in a penalty.
- A player must use the same deck throughout a tournament.
- No switching of cards is permitted in between games within a tournament.

Sleeving
- Fighters are required to use opaque card sleeves so that the back of cards cannot be easily distinguished.
- Oversleeves with a Matte finish on one side and Gloss finish on the other side are allowed. However, the Matte finish must be uniform throughout, on either the front or back of the cards.
- Oversleeves with patterns or borders are not allowed.
- You are not allowed to use Standard sized sleeves for your main deck.
- Sleeves used for all cards must be of the same design unless otherwise stated.
Exception: You MUST use different card sleeves from your main deck for your Ride Deck.
Event Conduct Rules
Name Regulations
Players must ensure that their “Handle Name” (Nickname) and “Deck List Name” in the Bushi Navi App and Deck Log do not contain:
- Offensive language (in any language)
- Derogatory terms (in any language)
- Immoral or inappropriate content (in any language)
- Any words, terms, or statements deemed unsuitable or excessive by the organisers
If a name contains such content, organisers may deny check-in or registration on tournament day.
If any violations are discovered during the tournament, the player may receive a penalty or be disqualified.
Name Changes
For players who wish to change their “Handle Name” (Nick Name) after they have signed up or register for the event, please refer to the following steps:
- Un-register from the event.
- Change the “Handle Name” via Bushi Navi App.
- Re-register for the event.
For players who wish to change their “Deck List Name” after they have signed up or register for the event, you will have to re-create your “Deck List Name” in Deck log and resubmit with the updated changes.
Venue & Social Responsibility
- Consumption of outside food and drinks is not allowed. (Personal water bottles are allowed.)
- Please practice general area cleanliness.
- Please always take care of your own belongings.
- Please always practice good personal hygiene.
- Please conduct yourself with good behaviour throughout the event.
- The event organizer reserves the right to reject entry or change anyone deemed to be violating the regulations and guidelines.
